Every initiative to solve the talent gap started with volume. More platforms. More listings. None built the structure that makes it work. Nurve starts there.

"The bridge did not exist. So I decided to build it."

Helen has spent years inside the work — not observing it from a distance, but doing it. Across agencies, in-house teams, and leadership roles in Marketing, Branding, Advertising and Communications, she has built brands, managed teams, and sat in the rooms where consequential decisions are made.

A strategist who writes her own copy and a trainer who has worked with over three thousand professionals across industries, she brings to Nurve what no curriculum can manufacture — the particular fluency that comes only from having done the work at every level of it.

A communicator certified by Trinity College London, recognised by BBC Tamil and CEO Insights India — not for what she said about the industry, but for what she did inside it.

In 2020, she built a startup. The market collapsed before it could. She closed it — and spent the years that followed understanding, with the particular clarity that failure brings, exactly where the structural gaps in her industry lived.

Nurve is where her observations get a structure. She is its first practitioner, and its most demanding critic.
